MicheleS. Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 Just wanted to let you know that Chase did not shut down once in agility class last nite! YAY! No going into a tunnel and hiding when he thought he was wrong. He came right back to me for more tries. When he did get away from me, I called and he came right back. Some diversion and trickery (good trickery) on my part worked! When he looked like he was going to be going away from me and making a big circle around the room I made it like I thought he was going to a target there on the floor and gave him a target command and he went to the target! ha Made a big fuss about what a good boy he was and I was able to leash him up without any stress on his part. That was this week's class. Can't wait to see what next week's class brings Thanks you guys! Michele & Chase Quote

Cody & Duchess Posted May 16, 2009 Report Posted May 16, 2009 Met with a teacher/tutor today to help me set up a program for my grandson this summer to help him succeed better at school. One thing she said is that I have to set him up for success. That success will bring confidence that will bring higher expectations. As we can see it worked for Chase, one can only hope....... Quote
