A Sprain is not such a big deal -- although once again -- keeping them still is.... at the very best, just keep Bess from doing any rough play in the house -- We use a tether thats screwed to the wall stud and has about a 8-10 ft length. This is actually an excellent opportunity for the two of you to work on calm things like sit, stay, down, touch, speak, etc. It's a great workout for her brain (small sessions of course) and will help forge the bond faster.
