desertranger
Most of us it seems have had our BCs for some time. In all of this we have learned. Some easy lessons and I'm sure there were some very hard ones. Please share your wisdoms about BCs. I've already said this to Sadie's Mom: Sometimes you have to outthink a BC. Lead your dog, don't push or follow. Never forget they're watching; they like to. Never sit downwind of a dog that farts.
Sue_Deutscher
1. Plenty of exercise. 2. Plenty of a job to do. 3. Plenty of butt scratching.
Dixie_Girl
Never leave your dog to guard your food. Just because they've never done something, don't think they won't. The more you talk to your dog, the more they will understand. The more they understand, the more they figure out ways to outsmart you. Never underestimate their ability, despite lack of opposable thumbs.
