in2adventure
Lucia had an issue with a new food last week. It left her inner and outer thighs red and itchy. I've changed foods and she's doing better. The redness is gone, but she still has some bumps that make her itch. If they don't go away soon, I'll take her back to the vet, but in the mean time, I want to make her more comfortable. I'm pretty sure the spots would go away if she would leave them alone. Does anyone know the proper dose for a 45lb dog?
sweet_ceana
Poke is 33 ish lbs and his vet told us to give him two for long car rides (I haven't tried giving him two however). I would say give her one and see how she does, if she needs another then give her a second.

in2adventure
Thanks guys! The web page is very helpful. I think I'll try one first. It's easier to add than take away a drug It always worries me giving them drugs, but she is really bothered by it. She'll wake up suddenly in the middle of the night to chew on herself Like I said, If it's not better after a few days on meds, I'll get her checked again.
