The cells lining the gut replace themselves every three to five days. Those cells aren't going to Mexico on vacation. :rolleyes: They slough in the stool. I'd expect that the stool surface would have the highest concentration, since the cells sloughing from the surface of the colon would probably be there.

I wouldn't want to have to be the poop DNA sampler, though--that would get old after a while. :D

Robots. Definately robots - Robot butler poop-scoopers. A whole new industry could be built for this, creating many new jobs!
