Zoot Posted January 28, 2008 Report Share Posted January 28, 2008 Nationally known trainer Maurice MacGregor will give a stock dog clinic with sheep Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Shielin Farm near Micanopy, Florida (just south of Gainesville, Florida). The day-long clinic will be limited to 10-12 participants so each handler/dog will receive individual training. Novices welcome, we have small training pens and dog-broke sheep. We also have a larger field for more advanced dogs and handlers. Mr. MacGregor immigrated from Ireland and has been training dogs and competing in trials for more than fifty years. He has been featured in the New York Times, Time Magazine, prominent stock dog publications, and has won many trials. The all-day clinic is $97 per handler. Please email or call me for reservations, we are lucky to get this caliber of training here in central Florida. Get your dog started right, or polish your trial dog to a higher level by someone who really knows his stuff.
