Bo Peep
Usher has developed one bad habit after another. He hates bikes. So.....we go on walks and when a bike or loud car passes by, good reason for a correction and then a praise. I can feel your pain. After 6 BC's of my own and tons of rescues, thisdog is my greatest challenge. When bikes passed our yard, I used to tell him to go get in his "box" aka crate. So now he just looks. Sometimes he whines. Doesn't bark. I actually bought a shock collar, but am returning it. I tried a squirt bottle with water, but sending him to his crate was best. HEY YOU!! No barking- get in your box!! works every time. P.S. When they are good-give them praise- "very nice .....quiet......" throw the ball etc....... well, it works for me. I'm open to ANY suggestions!!!!
