ShoresDog
The very first post seemed kind of funky to me, but when Woo came out and DixieGirl got mad, the direction was clear! [i still learn a lot from the patient responses of the senior members, so thank you, you sweet ol' bitch posers!]
Tassie
Here's a laugh for you guys .... So ... I got interested enough to have a look, out of sheer curiosity, at the site referred to (of the breeder in Scotland). But I couldn't - I'm at work, and the site has been blocked by the Education Department web filtering policy under the category "pornography". Would this be because of the 9 bitches, do you think .....? Now I'm going to have to have a look from home to see what I might be missing out on. And all I can say in addition to that is - goodness you "posers" are seriously patient!
vickim
RDM: I want Woo! I am on my first BC, and the first thing I did was lurk. And lurk some more. As some famous person said (Yogi Berra, it think): you can learn a lot just by watching. The people that have been in this field for years have tons more experience and most people don't have a problem sharing their experience--if the student is sincere. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear (another quote, but the name of the person person who said it escapes me right now-I read a lot and collect quotes as a matter of course). After I lurked, I started posting, and I'm sure I made some more experienced people cringe at my mistakes. And from all of this I have learned. I have learned that as much as I want him, Woo is going to be way too much dog for me at this point I have learned that I am not the only one that makes mistakes. I have learned that I have a lot to learn.
G. Festerling
One of my friends bought a black german shepherd bitch a while ago. While in the final stages of purchase he did not get some very important emails which made the whole transaction a bit tough. So when he went researching it he found them all in his spam box due to the phrase "black bitch"! And I might add she certainly was black and a bitch. Taught him a lesson about doing these kind of transactions at work. The other kicker - it is his own company!

MrSnappy
RDM: I want Woo! You can't have Woo!! Except in the generous sense in which I share Woo with the world, because I am just a peach that way (And if I'm a peach, Woo's a tangerello) And from all of this I have learned. I have learned that as much as I want him, Woo is going to be way too much dog for me at this point Honestly, and not to go off track here (if, in fact, there is still a track somewhere), Woo is not too much dog for ANYONE. Chronic disobedience aside, he is the easiest dog in the world. All you need is a soft bed, a handful of cookies and a squirrel and you are good to go. He's not really a BC at all - he's a little orange squooshie masquerading as a BC mix. ETA: Pat W. (the original) it's funny you say that because I kept thinking "this handle sounds familiar, why is that?" But I don't think you need to worry that anyone would confuse you with countryb-err, pat-err, TrollMan. RDM
Pat W.
Yeesh! Go to an agility trial for the weekend and some boy absconds with your identity! Teach me to want to go have fun! Thx RDM Mr. Woo has my vote for whatever he runs for!
bc4pack
AN IDEA? Couldn't Woo do a worldwide tour????? Between all the Woo adorers I KNOW there are soft beds, cookies and squirrels galore! Oh puuuuuuhhleeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzeeee!!!!!!!
vickim
Okay, I have the bed, the cookies, and in addition to squirrels, I have chipmunks, muskrats, woodchucks, birds, skunks, deer and raccoons. I would discourage the raccoon, as they will tear up a dog if they get pinned. And the skunk since the odiferous result is more than anyone wants. And running deer can get a dog shot (Whisper will chase deer and has once been run over by a deer. Luckily there were no injuries). Woo can come anytime!!! Root Beer
EEEPPP!!! I'm glad everyone knew this wasnt me! And whoever you are/were I dont appriciate you using my handle! I thought perhaps this person was trying to use an established poster's name on purpose. Another board I'm on has had trolls that have done that. MrSnappy
Countryboy should have known better. He'd been woodentified already once. ROTFL! "Woodentified!" "MR. Woo versus the Armadillo" is such a tempting blog title it's almost worth making the trip for ... RDM
