WyoBC
I was reading online that dogs/cats have been getting sick even if they're eating dry kibble that doens't have wheat gluten in it. They think it's not just the wheat gluten in the food that's making dogs/cats sick anymore. They're saying it might be an excessive amount of vitamin D. It's some pretty scary stuff anymore. Here's the story
smileyzookie
That is REALLY scary. Im so glad Im on raw with them now. People can say what they want either for or against raw, but at least I KNOW my pets aren't gonna end up part of the statistics for this. Guest pax
I went and read that. I think I'd like to see some observations other than someone from PETA, you know? They have their agenda and it doens't include house pets. I'm sure it doesn't include RAW, either. Unless you're going to feed your dog macrobiotics! More coffee is necessary. cbm618
Why must PETA be so extreme? Rather than immediately call for someone's resignation or firing (which will just slow down the discovery process), why don't they pitch in and help with the research? This is the first I've heard of the dry food contamination. Is it just in Canada or is it also in the States?
WyoBC
I do agree that PETA does have it's own agenda and why they would ask them to fire him before they ever even ask what they can do to help. PETA has it's own little place in Wyoming (rodeo, working dogs, etc.) and it's not a good place. Anyway, I hope now that the food I have been feeding and thinking is safe , still is. You almost can't trust to eat any food anymore.
