Puck's Career Plans

Recommended Posts

In light of the injury and surgery he's had, provided that he would have turned on to sheep (his injury happened a few days before I took the dogs out to work them, so I never had a chance to work Puck) -- but all that aside, if he proves to be keen on livestock, would the type of injury he has prevent him from working?

What you you all think? (I really was eager to see how he'd do--he's such a nice dog otherwise).

Even though my old man manged to need to see the vet about his hip joint being out of socket twice we were lucky not to have to do any major invasive surgery! Although he did end up developing arthritis in his older days that did not keep him from from working anything and everything that moved.

I would think that the most important thing is careful and deliberate rehabilitation!
