Dr Susanne Hughes will be the BAER tester for the free BAER clinic at Rural Hill SDT. Due to a change in her schedule we have move the clinic from Saturday to Friday Noveber 12th.

The clinic will be Friday from 9am to 3pm with about 10mins for each dog.

We are requesting all those who know they will be brining dogs to let me know so we can get a tenative count.

I would like to thank all those who participated and helped during the BAER/sample collection clinic at Rural Hill. Dr. Susanne Hughes BAER tested and Alison Ruhe collected blood samples from 55 dogs over a very long day. Dr Hughes was testing dogs the entire time, except for a short lunch break. The blood samples will contribute in Dr. Mark Neff's work in identifying the gene(s) responsible for early onset adult deafness and a few samples were also collect for his epilepsy study.

Thanks to all who helped make this clinic a great success.
